1. Overview of pymu's Services

pymu is a digital platform that allows users to create and respond to project-based gigs. A user may post a gig with a description and proposed budget, and others may submit proposals to fulfill that gig. Once a proposal is accepted, the gig creator can fund a contract through pymu. Funds are held securely and released only when the contract terms are fulfilled.

pymu does not facilitate unrestricted peer-to-peer payments. All payments are tied to structured agreements and processed securely via Stripe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use pymu. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use pymu for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
• Circumvent platform rules or disbursement processes
• Attempt to directly transfer funds to or from other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the operation or security of pymu

5. Gig and Contract Participation

Once a gig creator funds a contract with another user, the funds are held securely until the gig creator chooses to release them in accordance with the agreed terms. pymu is not responsible for disputes between users but may provide tools or optional support for resolution.

Funds cannot be transferred or withdrawn outside of pymu’s designated contract flow. Users must not attempt to bypass pymu’s payment system or contractual structure.

6. Fees

pymu may charge service fees for campaign creation, fund collection, or disbursement. Fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction occurs.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using pymu, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service and privacy policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to pymu if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in prohibited activities. You may also close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

pymu provides the platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of pymu after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
